These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sale of goods (Products) marketed by Sovil srl, with registered office in Rome and operational headquarters in Soriano nel Cimino (VT) - 01038 - Strada Statale N° 204 Ortana - Loc. Sanguetta – VAT No. IT00109020560 (Sovil).

All contracts (Orders) for the sale of Products by Sovil to its Customers are governed by these GTC, which are specifically approved by the Customer pursuant to Articles 1341 and 1342 of the Italian Civil Code, forming an integral and substantial part of each Purchase Order. The GTC applicable to each Order are those in force on the date of the Order itself.
The GTC do not affect the rights attributed by mandatory provisions of Italian law to the Customer acting as a consumer, understood as any natural person acting for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial or professional activity carried out.
All Orders placed on the website are intended to be made by private customers for their personal use.

1. Orders
1.1 The sale of Products takes place remotely. The Order will be automatically registered and acquired complete with these GTC, specifically approved pursuant to Articles 1341 and 1342 of the Italian Civil Code. The Order can only be changed after acquisition by telephone, fax, or e-mail, respectively to the numbers and e-mail address indicated on the website (contacts).
1.2 Each Order constitutes contractual acceptance by the Customer, and the sale is considered concluded upon registration of the Order. Sovil reserves the right not to execute incomplete Orders or Orders that do not comply with the provisions of Articles 3.1 and 3.3.
1.3 In the event that the order is not processed due to unavailability of products or for other reasons, Sovil will inform the Customer, agreeing from time to time on the methods of delivery of the products and/or the refund of any sums received. In any case, the Customer will not be entitled to any further refund, compensation, or indemnity of any kind.

2. Prices
2.1 All prices listed on the website are expressed in euros and already include VAT in force as of January 1, 2025.

3. Payment and delivery of Products
3.1 Payment of the total Order can be made in a single solution by credit card or bank transfer. For deliveries within the Italian territory, the transport contribution is € 8.00. For deliveries to other countries, the transport contribution will be calculated from time to time by the website, proposing the best offer and giving the possibility (if feasible) of choosing between air or ground transport. If it is not possible to have a rate for the transport contribution, the customer will be contacted by Sovil via e-mail.
3.2 Delivery is made by post or express courier ("Carrier") and is understood to be to the point closest to the address indicated by the Customer in the Order that is reachable by the Carrier. Transport does not include delivery to the floor.
3.3 Delivery times are between 2 and 8 working days from the receipt of the economic confirmation of the Order. These terms are purely indicative and not binding. Sovil is in no way responsible for direct or indirect losses attributed to delivery delays.

4. Product Characteristics
4.1 The Products on the website are distinguished by the Sovil and Livos brands, owned by Sovil. Sovil reserves the right to modify, without notice and for improvement reasons, the characteristics of the primary and secondary packaging of the Products compared to those visible on the website.
4.2 The Customer is responsible for the choice of the products ordered and for the correspondence and conformity to their needs of the specifications indicated. No guarantee is given regarding the compatibility of the products with other products or equipment used by the Customer, nor is any guarantee given regarding the suitability of the products for the specific use intended by the Customer.
4.3 Any shortages or visible damage at the time of delivery and clearly due to transport will be borne by us at no cost to the Customer, provided that express mention is made on the accompanying document of the products.
4.4 Claims against any defective or missing parts must be received at the operational headquarters within 5 (five) days of receipt of the products.
4.5 Sovil is not responsible for the improper use of its Products by the Customer or any other party.

5. Jurisdiction
5.1 For any dispute, the competent court is that of ROME (Italy).

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Italian law and pursuant to Article 5 of Legislative Decree No. 185 of May 22, 1999, the consumer may withdraw from any Order within 10 working days from the day of receipt of the Products. The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending a written communication to Sovil srl, Strada Statale N° 204 Ortana (Loc. Sanguetta) - 01038 Soriano nel Cimino (VT) by registered mail with return receipt or by telegram, fax, confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within the following 48 hours.
The withdrawal notice must indicate the Order number from which the withdrawal is made, the product to be returned, and the chosen method for the return of any sum paid as a deposit. The consumer must arrange, at their own expense and care, for the return of the Products, perfectly intact and in their original packaging, no later than 10 working days from the date of receipt, to Sovil srl at Strada Statale N° 204 Ortana (Loc. Sanguetta) - 01038 Soriano nel Cimino (VT). Sovil will, within the legal terms, refund the amount paid by the Customer.

Supplementary Notes

The color of the products presented in the Catalogs and on our websites may be affected by the lighting conditions in which the photos were taken, the print quality, and the screen settings of the systems on which they are displayed.
Drawings and dimensions are for identification purposes only; we reserve the right to modify the technical characteristics of the illustrated elements without prior notice, also due to continuous technological evolution.
We disclaim all responsibility for the use and assembly of the materials sold, with reference to urban planning, static, and safety regulations based on the installation locations.
