Sovil is an Italian company that has been working for 50 years to illuminate every space and produces lamps capable of shaping light, making it an integral part of landscapes, gardens, and architecture. The company's history began in 1974 and started with the import of glass from Czechoslovakia for the production of outdoor and indoor lamps. The company progressively grew and in 1978 opened a new plant, moving from Viterbo to Soriano nel Cimino. In 1979, a new company, Vitervetro, was established, specializing in the molding of plastic materials to create increasingly advanced lighting products. Entrepreneurship, dedication, and technology advanced constantly, and in 1996, the company moved production abroad, merging Sovil and Vitervetro into a single company, Sovil srl, projected onto an increasingly broad and competitive market. The first generational transition occurred in the early 2000s: Vincenzo Paganini first, and then his son Pierpaolo, continued to perfect their craft, focusing on careful and conscious production, based on artisanal knowledge and the highest level of experience. The family's passion grew, further elevating the quality of the products to create functional and design pieces made with high-quality materials.

Active for fifty years, Sovil was born in the heart of the Viterbo area, in central Italy, rich in historic gardens and breathtaking landscapes.
